1. Service Description

Prizmcast is a content autopilot platform that ingests your content sources, composes derivative content using AI, and publishes to your connected platforms on your approval. The service is currently in internal alpha — features, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Prizmcast to generate or publish content that is illegal, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing on others' rights. You retain all rights to content you provide. Prizmcast's AI-generated derivative content is based on your source material — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your source content, brand personas, and approved outputs. Prizmcast does not claim any rights to your content. The Prizmcast software, brand, and service are owned by Ingenious Digital LLC. "Kompozy" is a registered trademark of BILT AI LLC and is not affiliated with Prizmcast.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Publishing to third-party platforms (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) is subject to each platform's terms of service. Prizmcast facilitates publishing via Zernio's API — you are responsible for compliance with each platform's policies regarding AI-generated and synthetic media content.

5. Limitation of Liability

Prizmcast is provided "as is" during its alpha phase. Ingenious Digital LLC makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy of AI-generated content, or platform compatibility. We are not liable for content rejected by third-party platforms or for any consequences of published content.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
