Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

Prizmcast is currently in internal alpha. We collect only the data necessary to operate the service: email addresses for authentication, content you provide for processing, and platform account credentials (encrypted at rest) for publishing. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your content is processed solely to generate derivative content (social posts, clips, articles) as instructed by your pipeline configuration. API calls to third-party services (AI models, publishing platforms) transmit only the minimum data required to fulfill the request.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in PostgreSQL databases with encryption at rest. API keys and credentials are encrypted using Cloak Ecto with per-field encryption keys. We do not store plaintext credentials. Your data never leaves the infrastructure you control.

4. Third-Party Services

Prizmcast integrates with third-party services at your direction: AI model providers (Anthropic), publishing platforms (Zernio, which connects to X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), and content ingestion services. Each integration is opt-in and only activated when you configure it. Please review each provider's privacy policy.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Since Prizmcast is self-hosted or single-tenant, you retain full control over your data. We provide export functionality for all your content and configuration.
